Restart NVR — unplug 30 sec. Check ethernet cable to router.
App not connecting?
Delete & reinstall the app. Re-scan the QR code on the NVR.
Black screen at night?
Clean lens. Remove camera from behind glass/window.
Forgot NVR password?
Don't guess — call us. We reset it fast remotely.
No recordings?
Check HDD space in NVR menu. Schedule must be set to record.
